Flash Fiction Fish Bowl

Given that next month our Open Mic will fall right in the midst of the holidays, and many of our regular attendees will be out of town, we're going to try something a little different!

In place of an open mic night next month, those of you who are in town on Monday, December 29th, at 7:00 pm are invited to join us for our first Flash Fiction Fish Bowl night. Bring your coziest sweaters, laptops (or preferred writing instruments), and creative juices to this generative writing event! We'll pull prompts and word counts out of a bowl and do our best to write some new (and hopefully unexpected) flash fiction. Come early and contribute some prompts of your own!

We'll be back to our regularly scheduled Open Mic for our 1-year anniversary on January 26, 2026! Sign-ups for the January open mic will open up on December 30th.
