Leadership Meetup - There Is No Leader Without Followers

Let us invite you to a special meetup about Leadership from a different perspective! We believe good leadership is a vital ingredient in every company’s life. To be better leaders we need to see not just the goals and targets but the team and the people within the team. If there are no people following you we can't talk about leadership. The word follower may seem a bit harsh but there are ’worlds’ like dancing, military or orchestra where we use this expression. In these worlds we can see a strong connection between leaders and followers. They have a different kind of dynamic, and a different kind of experience but they also have the same goal! To work as a team!

Our meetup aims to understand and analyze the dynamic of the leader-follower relationship from several different viewpoints. We believe these thoughts, experiences and related stories can give us a lot of inspiration and thoughts we can apply.
