Sarasota REIA is a non-profit, member-driven organization. We're an eclectic mix of new & "seasoned" investors, realtors, landlords, property managers, trades to the business, etc. Join us for networking, relationship building, education, "gets & gots" (pitch your sell/rent properties or pick up a deal - or two). If you're new to real estate investing we're a great place to learn regardless of your area of interest, e.g, residential, commercial, vacant lots, mobile homes, hard/bridge loan money - any and all real estate related investments - are fair game to be discussed. Plus we host visitors from other parts of the U.S. - and internationally - some new, others, already in the business, looking to relocate to our little corner of paradise...the greater Bradenton/Sarasota/Venice/North Port market.
Membership dues: $100.00 individual; $150 couple - includes reduced member rate for seminars, workshops, special events, plus other member perks etc.
