This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen, and express yourself through art.

We will begin with a short Buddhist-inspired meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ, followed by an introduction to mandalas ⭕️ β€” what they are, their symbolic meaning, and how drawing a mandala can support self-awareness and emotional exploration.

Through gentle body-based activities 🀍, we will move, release tension, and awaken creativity.
Then, you will have time to draw your own mandala freely and intuitively 🎨✨ β€” using colors and shapes to express emotions, sensations, and inner landscapes.
