About the host/teacher

Océane is a French Pilates instructor and certified nutrition coach based in Lisbon for four years. After a decade of battling eating disorders and extreme cardio, she spent the last five years redefining her approach—prioritizing nourishing foods and joyful movement over weight loss. Now she guides others toward mindful exercise and eating. In her Pilates classes, expect a balance of sweat, breath, laughter, and connection that leaves you feeling stronger and energized.
