🏛 Areios Pagos Hill
Here, under open skies, I’ll introduce the 147 Delphic Maxims—timeless Greek teachings that still hold power today. We’ll reflect on how they can guide a more grounded, meaningful life.

✨ Pnyka & the Energy Spring
Next, we head to Pnyka Hill—an ancient energy vortex. Beside a natural spring, I’ll guide you in Henosis, a powerful Greek meditation that connects you with your highest self and the world around you.

🌬 Closing Circle
We’ll return to Monastiraki with calm breath, quiet minds, and open hearts. Time to reflect, ground, and carry the energy forward.
