I started Nomad Profit Builders Group because I lived the struggle of trying to build a business while chasing adventure. I was stuck in a cycle of working too much to travel, then burning out on the road with no income. I met so many talented entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers who wanted the same thing: freedom to explore without sacrificing their careers. That’s when it hit me we don’t need to choose between travel and success. We can have both. So I created this community for people who want to work remotely, earn sustainably, and see the world, all while surrounded by people who get it.

We take accessibility seriously because inclusion matters. Whether you have mobility needs, neurodivergence, or are managing mental health while on the road, we design our events with flexibility in mind. Most of our co living stays and event spaces are wheelchair accessible, and we provide quiet zones and virtual participation options when possible. Our goal is to make sure everyone who wants to be part of the journey can join us, no matter how they travel or work.

Our events are intentionally kept small and meaningful usually between 15 to 30 people. This isn’t about packing in crowds; it’s about real connection. You’ll actually get to know the people you’re working and traveling with. Whether we’re hosting a tropical co living sprint in Bali or a productivity retreat in Portugal, the size allows for deep networking, collaboration, and even lifelong friendships to form naturally.

We believe a thriving community starts with respect. Every member agrees to a simple code of conduct that values kindness, open mindedness, and zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment. Our event hosts are trained in inclusive facilitation, and we have clear channels for feedback and support. If someone’s not aligning with the spirit of the group, we address it quickly and fairly.
