🏞️ About Snake Gorge (Wadi Bani Awf)
Nicknamed “Snake Canyon” for the way it twists and coils through the Al Hajar Mountains, this is one of Oman’s most iconic canyoning routes. Towering limestone walls rise on either side as you wade, swim, and scramble through cool, still pools of turquoise water carved deep into the rock over thousands of years. The Left Fork (our route) is the easier, more accessible descent — perfect if you want the thrill of canyoning without needing technical rope experience. Expect dramatic rock formations, deep swim-through pools, and a genuine sense of adventure most visitors to Oman never experience.

🐢 About the Daymaniyat Islands
A protected marine reserve scattered off the coast of Muscat, these islands are home to some of the clearest, most vibrant waters in the Arabian Gulf. It’s one of the best spots in the region to snorkel alongside Hawksbill turtles, drift over coral gardens bursting with colorful marine life, and — if you’re lucky — spot a reef shark gliding beneath you. The water here is glass-calm and turquoise, making it ideal for snorkelers of every level.

📅 Day 1 — Saturday, August 1st
• 6:00 AM — Departure from Dubai, heading to Oman
• Arrival at Snake Gorge, followed by lunch
• Canyoning excursion — Left Fork (easy route), with a certified Omani guide
• Full safety gear provided: helmet & life jacket
• Head to Muscat for overnight hotel stay
📅 Day 2 — Sunday, August 2nd
• Early morning wake-up, transfer to the port
• Speedboat to the Daymaniyat Islands
• 4-hour snorkeling adventure — swim with Hawksbill turtles, reef sharks, and colorful reef life
• Snorkeling gear + snacks provided on board
• Speedboat back to Muscat, followed by lunch
• Departure back to Dubai

Transportation is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and can only accommodate 4 people. If you prefer to drive your own car, it must be bank-loan free, with valid Omani motor insurance.

Day 2: Natural Wonders and Turtle Encounters
After breakfast, dive into the natural beauty of Wadi Mibam. Jump and swim in crystal-clear pools, and explore this natural gem with captivating waterfalls and cascades. Journey on to Sur for a delightful lunch, then settle into your beach chalet. As the sun sets, prepare for a magical evening at the Turtle Nature Reserve in Ras Al Had, observing the majestic green turtles during their nesting season. End your day with a late dinner at your beach chalet, under the starlit sky.

Day 3: Marine Safari and More
Wake up for an early morning return to the beach to see the turtles make their way back to the sea—It is a highly recommended start to the day. After breakfast, set sail on a marine safari where the rich waters offer snorkeling with turtles and potentially delightful dolphins dancing and doing their acrobatic jumps . Following this marine adventure, enjoy a final lunch in Muscat before heading back to Dubai, with an estimated evening arrival around 9 pm
