IMPACT TRIP: Penjor Crafting & Balinese Cooking Experience

Create your own Penjor with local artisans. You’ll learn the meaning behind every ornament, craft your piece with guidance, and wrap the day by cooking (and eating!) a home-style Balinese dish together. You’ll go home with skills, stories, and a mini-Penjor you made yourself.

Your Activity

Penjor Making
Meet the artisans in Kemenuh and dive into the craft. Learn the symbolism of each Penjor element, weave janur, prepare ornaments, and assemble your own Penjor, plus a mini one to take home. Photos will be shared with consent.

Balinese Dish Cooking Class
Roll up your sleeves to prepare Lawar the family way. Chop, mix, season, and enjoy the meal together. Vegetarian options are available.
