Posázavská stezka, a hiking trail along the lower reaches of the river Sázava, is one of the most beloved trails near Prague. It was built between 1914 and 1924 by the Czech Tourists Club. You will discover there many spectacular viewpoints (Klimentova vyhlídka, Raisova vyhlídka, Žampašská vyhlídka) giving you a stunning panorama of Sázava river, rock formation Pikovická jehla and Žampach viaduct (a railway arch bridge).
MEETING PLACE AND TIME
At 7:50 a.m. outside the Main train station (Hlavní nádraží), in the park Vrchlického sady in front of Potrefená husa pub (https://goo.gl/maps/pQQfz8Jt2MeUWxeCA). The train leaves at 9:23 a.m.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
We recommend comfortable hiking or running shoes, some water, fully charged phone, warm and waterproof clothes in case of raining. We recommend bringing your own food. Restaurants along the way may be closed.
DIFFICULTY: easy (around 12-15 km, short uphills)
ANY FEE?
500 CZK per person. The fee includes transportation by train and services of the skilled and friendly guide (excludes food, drinks, insurance).

CANCELLATION POLICY
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours in advance of the start date of the trip. For a 50 % refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the trip.
