Liquid Local Flavors: Thai Cocktail Tasting with Dazzle 🍸

This Saturday, we are hosting a small, intimate cocktail tasting with a strong local story behind it.

Meet Dazzle, a Thai bartender currently preparing for the national SIP Supernova competition. For this evening, she is sharing one of her signature creations, a drink called Saraburi.

Saraburi is Dazzle’s Thai twist on a classic Manhattan. A savory, rum‑based cocktail built with Thai ingredients, inspired by her love for bold flavors and by a very personal memory. Her mother passed away when she was young, and this drink is her way of imagining sitting down together, sharing her mother’s favorite cocktail - a Manhattan, and telling stories over a glass.

This is a slow, thoughtful tasting, a chance to hear the story behind the glass, ask questions, and enjoy something crafted with care. The admission fee includes the 1st drink.
