River Walk & Meal

Details
We meet outside the Monument Metro station (next to Banyan), then we walk down to and along the north side of the river, until we get to Wallsend, where we end the walk for a meal at Wetherspoon - The Ritz.
When desired will we take a break at St. Peter's Quay for tea or coffee.
Dogs are always welcome on our walks. However, Wetherspoon does not like them, in which case we will choose any of the nearby cafes instead.
Wetherspoon is close to the Wallsend Metro station (and bus services) from where everyone can travel back again. Wetherspoon offers vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes. They also have an app, which allows one to order drinks & food directly to a table and to pay by mobile phone:
