Newcastle to Newburn riverside walk

I hope it be a good day for this walk, but starting at Baltic we make our way towards MetroCentre and than to Newburn riverside walk which is quite nice.
It ends at the industry estates and we will have easy access to the bus back to Newcastle stagecoach 22
