Second Meeting!

Second meeting of the group! Please note the changed time.
We will be focusing on the second week but will also review the first week since only Jim and I attended. I will have samples of most of the materials and we can talk about questions and concerns. Remember that we welcome people of all faiths. While the Daniel Plan is an evangelical Christian creation, we are open to anyone who believes in a Higher Power and comes from any tradition who is focused on living a healthier life through the Five Essentials: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends.
