Fourth Meeting

Fourth session. The focus will be Focus!

I will have samples of most of the materials and we can talk about questions and concerns. Remember that we welcome people of all faiths. While the Daniel Plan is an evangelical Christian creation, we are open to anyone who believes in a Higher Power and comes from any tradition who is focused on living a healthier life through the Five Essentials: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends.
