Welcome to a relaxed and heart-centered space for those interested in Non-Duality teachings of teachers including Bentinho Massaro and Rupert Spira. This group is open to anyone drawn to consciousness, self-realization, empowerment, and the exploration of infinite potential.

Each session, we will:
• Select a livestream from Bentinho Massaro’s Massaro University platform (free signup required) or from Rupert Spira's site to watch before each meeting.
• Reflect and discuss the material together, exploring how the teachings apply to our lives.
• Share personal experiences, insights, and challenges related to practicing presence, alignment, empowerment, and higher purpose.

This is not a formal or dogmatic group — just an open space to deepen together, build community, and support each other on the path of awakening.
