In this self-inquiry–led session, we will explore the heart of non-duality: the recognition of an indivisible whole in which no fixed, separate self can be found.

The sense of being a separate individual arises from the deeply conditioned belief that we are limited to the body and mind.

Over time, this belief becomes reinforced not only psychologically, but also through patterns in the nervous system and well-worn neural pathways. What begins as an idea gradually feels solid and unquestionable.

Through gentle yet precise self-inquiry, we will turn toward our direct, lived experience. Rather than adopting new beliefs, we will examine what is already here. As we look carefully and honestly, the layers of identification may begin to soften and fall away, revealing what has always been present.

This is an invitation to explore, not philosophically, but experientially, the simplicity of what we truly are.
