CLEAN Clarity Program - a facilitated session with Richard Dyter

Details
On Saturday I'm facilitating another session of the CLEAN Clarity Program. It's a very useful process for people who want to explore, and mentally get to grips with, 'knotty' situations where things need to be 'teased out'.
The sessions are suitable for exploring situations in three domains: work, relationships, and personal development. You choose your own situation and there is no need to share any details with others.
To get the most of the session, please think of a situation you'd like to explore. This will help you with the initial section of the Program, which starts like this:
***
The initial question will ask you to describe a situation by using this format:
"I feel [X = an emotion] about [Y = a situation]"
In general:
- X will probably be quite a strong emotion, such as anxiety, frustration, overwhelm, happiness or pride.
- Y will be a current/recent situation that needs more clarity, perhaps because there are many strands to tease out.
Thinking of that, what is one way you could fill in the template of "I feel X about Y"?
***
As we work through the Program, the aim is to move towards:
- new clarity - participants say they move significantly towards 100% clarity about the situation they choose to explore. On average, they start at 53% and end at 98%; and
- new emotion - participants also experience a change in emotions, moving along a scale of ‘pleasant emotion’. On average they start at 32% and end at 82%.
The Clean Clarity Program is powered by Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge, as invented by David Grove and further developed by Matthew Hudson and others who have made brilliant contributions to reflection and mental exploration.
When you click to ‘attend’ the event you should be able to see the Zoom link. If you don’t, just message me via Meetup and I’ll send you the link.
Remember, these sessions are suitable for reflecting on situations in any of these three domains: work, relationships, and personal development.
I'm looking forward to it,
Richard Dyter
