green-Y SUMMIT chance to win video competition on climate change

Details
On June 11, 2016 in central Bangkok, the first green-Y summit, Convening Green Minds on Climate, will inspire, motivate, connect and energize professionals and students interested in climate change in Southeast Asia.
Each talk will be a carefully curated presentation by a thinker, an expert, a professional or an artist passionate about climate change mitigation and adaptation in the Southeast Asian context. Our surprise celebrity speaker for the first green-Y summit is Tik Jesdaporn Pholdee, the famous Thai actor, producer and TV presenter! Hear what he and our other special guests have to say about climate change at our green-Y summit in Bangkok.
Brought to you by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Development Mission for Asia and its partners, this unique opportunity will look at how climate change is already impacting communities in Southeast Asia and how youth and civil society can get involved to mitigate or adapt to these changes. Over 300 university students and professionals in the sector will be treated to a half-day program of talks interspersed with short videos, interviews and other entertainment, all under the overall, uniting theme of climate change.
green-Y is aiming to become a hub for thinkers and actors in the climate change movement to come together and exchange experiences and connect in new ways. Your organization is a perfect fit for the engaged audience.
There will also be a photo exhibit by a Bangkok-based photographer Luke Duggleby: "Climate Change: Through the Lens."
