Dyad Meditation - Christmas theme
Details
Dyad meditation is a practice of connecting to ourselves and to another person, by changing the roles of the speaker and the listener by 5 minute intervals.
We will do that in the spirit of non-violent communication, focusing on feelings.
Please do not give advice in this format, unless specifically asked for by your partner. :)
