Some thoughts come and go. Others grab hold of us, spinning in loops, pulling us in. But we are not our thoughts. In this session, we explore what it means to see thoughts without getting lost in themโ€”to meet the mind with more ease.

Join a weekly Zen meditation class where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner peace and train your mind to be present. You will receive practical teachings, personal guidance and the opportunity to meditate in a group.

Each session explores a new topic offering a space to reflect, deepen self-understanding and cultivate mindfulness, clarity and balanceโ€”both in meditation and in daily life.

Beginners will receive an introduction to meditation, while experienced practitioners can refine their practice and explore new insights.
