Let's kick off 2012 with a classic!

A lot of people have asked to read some philosophy, so we'll be reading The Republic by Plato. This book is considered to be the foundation of Western Political Philosophy. It examines justice and the city-state.

*If you don't already own a copy, I strongly suggest the translation by Sterling and Scott, as it is known for its readability. =)

**And as always, reading the entire book is mandatory. =)
