Monday, February 9 – 7:00-8:30 PM. Nordic Potpourri! We have had outside speakers for the last two meetings. At this meeting we will cover topics of specific interest to club members including:
Whose been skiing? Where, how was it? (show & tell)
How we get funded to maintain Salmon Ridge/White Salmon
How grooming works
What does the State’s Winter Recreation Advisory Committee do? – our Lynne Oliver is a member
Backcountry Essentials – our host, Tim Lord, will tell us how they can serve your Nordic habit
Racing opportunities
AT Gear – when you need to climb to find snow

Popcorn will be served! Nordic Bingo will be played! The meeting will be held at the new Backcountry Essentials store, 1417 N State St. (I found parking one block downhill on State Street last time…).
