Savour a multi-course menu of Italian-inspired cuisine, created by culinary diva Jess from Marigold and Fig , using the finest locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with captivating live performances that weave operatic grandeur with theatrical emotion—transforming dinner into a unique immersive experience. It’s a menu that sings and a voice that nourishes, creating a harmonious celebration of flavour and sound.
Between courses, you’ll be serenaded by Lou Van Stone, The Barefoot Diva —a soprano renowned for her ethereal voice and compelling storytelling. Lou blends stirring Italian opera arias with moving musical theatre classics , bringing humour, emotion and connection to every performance. Her captivating presence will draw you into a unique musical journey that perfectly complements the artistry of the cuisine.

� Entrée – Antipasto & Wine Begin with a vibrant antipasto platter featuring a selection of marinated olives, artisan cheeses, fresh pesto, and an array of fine deli treats, served with rustic baguette. Accompanied by a glass of Italian wine.
� Main – Lasagna Duo with Caprese Salad & Baguette Indulge in your choice of a rich, slow-cooked beef lasagne or a beautifully layered vegetarian option with roasted seasonal vegetables and herbed ricotta. Served with a classic Caprese salad of heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil, plus a warm baguette to soak up every last drop.
� Dessert – Classic Tiramisu Finish on a sweet note with our house-made tiramisu: espresso-soaked sponge, whipped mascarpone and a dusting of cocoa.
