In the pursuit of success, we often crave guidance, support, and genuine connection. Walk With Wisdom offers a simple yet powerful way to find all three — blending the clarity of a morning walk with the insights of experienced coaches, mentors, and peers.
Each Friday morning, we meet at 7:30 am under the covered area opposite the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club. Our walk follows the river along Gympie Terrace to Williams Street (near the caravan park) and back. Somewhere along the way, or at the end of the walk, one of our members shares a short 10-minute talk — a spark of wisdom from their own expertise or lived experience.
Whether you’re a professional wanting to grow your business, someone looking to boost wellbeing, or simply curious about personal development, you’re warmly invited to join us.

Guest Speaker – Caroline Clarke
In this talk, Caroline shares her lived experience of sexual assault and explores how harm is often enabled long before a crime occurs.
She unpacks what she calls the crime before the crime – the early conditioning around silence, compliance, and permission that shapes boundaries and nervous-system responses such as freezing or shutting down. These responses are not weakness, but learned protection.
She’ll explore:
• How early conditioning shapes boundaries and consent
• Why freezing and shutting down are protective responses
• The role of power and entitlement in enabling harm
• What body autonomy, choice, and a clear no really mean
Trigger warning: This session includes discussion of sexual assault and consent, which may be distressing for some.
Guest Speaker – Caroline Clarke
Caroline Clarke is a trauma-informed speaker, writer, and former UK police officer whose work focuses on consent culture, power dynamics, and breaking generational patterns of silence. Drawing on lived experience, nervous-system education, and frontline professional insight, she supports people to better understand how abuse is enabled – and how reclaiming voice, boundaries, and trust in bodily wisdom is central to safety and freedom.
