Kasey Tydd is the owner of Power Plate Studio Noosa, where she supports people to build strength, stability, and confidence through low-impact, evidence-based movement. Her approach is practical, sustainable, and focused on helping people feel good in their bodies without overwhelm.

Upon returning, we collect our coffees from O-Boats and gather for a 10-minute engaging presentation by a community member or special guest on a variety of compelling topics.

Please allow about 90 minutes for a revitalizing walk, an enlightening talk, and a relaxing coffee break, featuring both group and individual discussions along the scenic Noosa River.
