Mal McDonald draws on life lessons shaped through sport, resilience, and personal challenge. Growing up in Brisbane, his early experiences of belonging through team sport and applying discipline across different areas of life helped shape his path forward.
He shares practical, real-life insights focused on persistence, rebuilding, and creating positive change over time.

Join us every Friday morning at 7:30 AM by the Noosa River near the Yacht Club for a picturesque walk along Gympie Terrace to William St. After brief introductions and coffee order, we pair up to exchange insights as we stroll.
Upon returning, we collect our coffees from O-Boats and gather for a 10-minute engaging presentation by a community member or special guest on a variety of compelling topics.
"Walk With Wisdom" invites individuals from all backgrounds to share their expertise or gain new knowledge. Whether you're seeking guidance, support, or companionship, our community is dedicated to fostering connections and empowering each participant.
Please allow about 90 minutes for a revitalizing walk, an enlightening talk, and a relaxing coffee break, featuring both group and individual discussions along the scenic Noosa River.
