Noosa is a natural home for wellness — and this group is about experiencing it together. Over the past few years of living here, I’ve embraced everything from bush walks and beach meditations to conscious dance, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, breathwork, and relaxing retreats. Along the way, I’ve met incredible local facilitators and formed friendships with others seeking balance and meaning.
Noosa Wellbeing Experiences brings together a variety of events to support a healthy, connected life — including full moon gatherings, guided meditations, conscious movement, personal development workshops, and seasonal retreats. Events take place in and around Noosa — outdoors, in beautiful spaces, and always with a warm, welcoming vibe. 🌸

Pranafest is a weekend that brings people together for breathwork, yoga, embodiment practices, live music, workshops, and panel discussions — all set in the stunning natural surrounds of Woodfordia, jus 90 mins from Noosa.
It’s a space for healing, connection, and joy — where you can reset, reconnect, and remember what really matters. Across three days, you’ll be immersed in experiences designed to inspire, uplift, and transform — from soulful practices and thought-provoking talks to powerful music and movement that open the heart.
This will be Paul and my third year at Pranafest, and each one has been unforgettable. It’s like a business conference reimagined — only the workshops are about wellness, the team-building happens on the dance floor, and the five-star hotels are swapped for camping under the stars. 🌌

We invite you to camp together as a group so we can share supplies, meal prep, support each other, and still have the freedom to experience the festival at our own pace.
We already have Thursday tickets with a powered site, so if you’re booking, please:
- ✅ Select a camping option with powered site so we’re in the same area, or
- ✨ Choose Glamping if you’d prefer a luxury tent setup.

A practice evening - beautiful embodied work, that build gradually through grounded practices to awaken aliveness, deepen connection and learn to play with polarity.
An experiential evening of embodied connection and presence
Discover how to feel more connected, open, and alive, both in yourself and in your relationships.
Intimacy isn’t something that just happens; it’s something we can learn to cultivate and we do this through embodiment and self regulation first.
This guided practice evening invites you to explore how presence, awareness, and the language of the body deepen connection and awaken authentic attraction.
Through grounded, trauma-informed practices as taught by Michaela Boehm, you’ll learn to attune to your body, soften tension, connect through the heart, create intrigue and attraction through polarity and meet yourself others from a place of ease and curiosity.
This is a fully-clothed, no-explicit-touch event suitable for individuals, couples of all orientations. You’ll leave with embodied tools that bring more depth, playfulness, vulnerability and authenticity into every type of relating.
