Rosie’s sessions draw on her deep understanding of how sound can shift energy, calm the nervous system, and open the body to emotional and physical healing. Her work weaves together voice, crystal bowls, and ancient shamanic sounds to create resonant frequencies that reduce stress, encourage deep rest, and facilitate transformation.

During this special event, guests will begin with gentle voice exercises to experience how their own sound can be a tool for self-healing and connection. These practices will help settle the mind and body into a meditative state. From there, Rosie will guide an immersive sound journey, allowing tones and vibrations to flow through the body for a deeply restorative experience.
