Join Sue Moore for a nurturing 2.5-hour self-care experience combining Restorative Yoga, sauna therapy, and optional cold immersion. Designed to help you unwind, reset, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
### What to Expect
– Restorative Yoga (80 minutes)
A slow, supported practice focused on deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
– Sauna Experience
Access to both traditional and infrared saunas to support warmth, circulation, and gentle detoxification.
– Optional Ice Bath
A refreshing cold immersion to awaken the body, support recovery, and boost clarity and energy.
