Join us for a special one-day experience exploring the connection between our inner and outer worlds - our personal stories, spiritual potential and connection to the land around us.

Spirit and Story - Entwining Your Internal and External Selves brings together two local teachers, Mu-raay Djeripi and Jan Bond, each sharing their own perspectives and practices across four sessions throughout the day.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, explore your own story and perhaps see yourself and the world around you from a different perspective.

### 🌿 Mu-raay Djeripi - Ancient Wisdom & Story

Mu-raay is a Gamilaroi Man, cultural teacher and professional artist whose work draws on his Indigenous and Celtic heritage.
Through storytelling and wisdom sharing, he explores our connection to culture, Country, identity and our own personal story.
His sessions include:

• Acts of Ceremony - ritual, universal beginnings and returning to service through ceremony
• Ancient Wisdom - spirituality, story and deep listening
• Totemic teachings and stories from the stars
• Personal Knowing - mapping your individual being and reconnecting the different parts of your story

### 💜 Jan Bond - Chakras, Healing & Meditation

Jan brings more than 40 years of experience across healing, meditation, yoga, hypnosis, reflexology, readings, chakra work and other wellbeing practices.
Her sessions will explore:

• The many aspects of healing and awareness
• Chakras and energy flow
• Colours and vibrations
• Breath and meditation

Jan will conclude the main program with a guided imagery meditation, taking participants into a deeply relaxed state.

### ✨ What to Expect

The day consists of four sessions, with time for questions and discussion with Jan and Mu-raay afterwards.
There will be a lunch break from 12:40 PM - 1:40 PM.
Hot drinks, water and light snacks will be provided. You can bring your own lunch or head to IzzyChai at the resort, with other cafés and restaurants also nearby.

The event space is towards the rear left of the main building.
There are visitor parking spaces onsite as well as unrestricted street parking on Weyba Road. The event space is wheelchair accessible.
