Ride Experience Level: Beginner. Nice flat, easy river roads with a great view of the Delta. No technical bits or tight twisties. Short route with no extended sit periods. Roads can be rough through the Delta. No freeway on route.
Ride description: Quick trip through the Delta to see the wind farm near Rio Vista and ride the ferry at Ryer Island. We’ll try out Manny’s Barzzeria for lunch in Isleton.
Ride will end at Starbucks in South Sacramento. It may be a warm day as we’re staying in the valley, so please come prepared for warm temps.
FREEWAY RIDING: No freeway planned for this route, staying on river roads and local highways.
WEATHER: Looks like we’re in for a treat! The weather should be low 80’s in the Valley on Sunday, maybe even a little sprinkle. Will be a couple degrees cooler by the water, so maybe a jacket is in order??

Do not run stop signs or red lights. In the country or at speed ride staggered and keep a safe distance but not too far apart.
