• Trail: Down and Up & West Ridge Loop
• Distance: ~6 miles
• Elevation gain: ~900–1,000 ft
• Difficulty: Moderate
• Pace: ~2–2.5 mph (with breaks)
• Duration: ~3–4 hours

Expect rolling terrain, some steady climbs, open views, and (this time of year 🌼) possible wildflowers!
