FOUR important skills needed as a successful real estate investor.
·Creating “your” farm area: What area has what “you” want as an investor. Know your farm and “own” it. What type of properties? Single family, duplex, four plex or multi-unit?

·Comps and repairs. This “IS” where you evaluate the property and the costs of repairs. Is it a flip or a rental? They are a different scope of work.

·Contacting sellers. This is where the deal is “CREATED”. Targeted Phone, email, and letters. Did I mention the “phone”. This is Peters favorite tool and his most important one.

·What to say to sellers. No, it’s NOT, do you want to sell your fugly house. It is creating a rapport with the seller.
