Create Opportunities and DEALS with Potential Sellers, July 10th with Peter Apostolos a zoom event. Learn to “create” deals like Peter and other “successful” investors. Deals are out there for those willing to do the work!

Learn the most important skills needed as a successful real estate investor. Proactively contact potential sellers. Outbound opportunity CREATION. This is where the relationship is “CREATED” that can lead to a deal. What, are you really waiting for the phone to ring?

Seize the moment, create your own farm area, that meets your specific real estate goals. Create a specific property list that meets your goals and start speaking to sellers NOW.

Email, phone and letters. Did I mention the “phone”. This is Peter’s favorite tool and his most important one. Bruce Norris asked Peter to teach this content at his boot camps.

Learn to create “your” farm area. What area has what “YOU” want as an investor. Know your farm and “own” it. What type of properties? Single family, duplex, four plex or multi-unit? Flip, Wholesale or Hold? Create this purposefully and be specific. At this event you will learn:

  • · Why and how to select a farm area, create an exciting list, on purpose.
  • · To contact sellers and have relevant dialog, follow up and CREATE deals.
  • · How YOU can be the investor that CREATED that GREAT deal. It could be you!
  • · Building rapport with sellers.
  • · Stay in touch – follow up and build a long-term relationship.
  • · Handle seller objections. Objections are a roadmap to structuring the deal in the seller’s favor. Consider them a good thing!
  • · Keep the conversation going creating a motivated seller
  • · Modern day topics and conversations to extend phone calls and build rapport
  • · How to build relationships. Most sellers are not desperate to exit a 3% mortgage at this point.

Discovering the underlying life events that influence the sale of the property in the future and staying in touch.
Surprise, many investors have more than one property and some have many more. Is there one they may consider selling?
We will discuss topics of conversation and approaches that are working well in today's market.

Create electronic communication with the seller's permission. Determine their contact preference, whether phone, text or email communication.
