Get ready for an unforgettable summer escape as Meetup groups Bucket of Adventures, NorCal Socials and Heart and Soul team up for a Tahoe Adventure of a Lifetime.

We’re heading to Zephyr Cove—Lake Tahoe’s ultimate adult summer playground. This is the spot where the sun shines, the water sparkles, and the vibe is unbeatable. Whether you’re down for action or just want to chill, there’s something here for everyone.

Feel like being active? Jump into a game of free beach volleyball, or choose your thrill with jet skiing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or pedal boats. Rentals are available by the hour, so you can customize your own adventure. Prefer to keep it low-key? Grab a beach chair, dip your toes in the cool lake water, or simply kick back and enjoy the incredible scenery.

For those who want to explore, there’s a beautiful hiking trail that starts right from the beach. It’s a 45-minute walk with views that are totally worth it.

We’ll meet at the Folsom Park and Ride at 7:00 AM sharp. From there, we’ll carpool to Zephyr Cove. Drivers will receive $15 from each passenger.

Parking at the Cove is $12 and it fills up FAST! You also have the option of free spots outside if you don’t mind a short walk in.

Once we arrive, we’ll all meet up around 9:30 AM at 760 U.S. Hwy 50 in Zephyr Cove. I will give you the exact meetup point a few days before the event.

Be sure to bring sunscreen, plenty of water, snacks, a packed lunch, a towel, lawn chair, and anything else to make your beach day comfortable. There are also a couple of cafés at the Cove if you’d rather order food or drinks on-site.

Activity prices range from $35 an hour for paddleboards and kayaks to $175 an hour for jet skis (plus $20 for fuel). Pedal boats and beach gear are also available to rent.
