Hey Everybody! Let's hike about 6.5 miles on the Cronan Ranch Loop, via the West Ridge Trail. We will enjoy a moderate hike through the rolling terrain of Cronan Ranch Regional Park with its stunning scenery and spectacular views of the Sierra Foothills and South Fork of the American River. Most of the hike will be in the open on well marked trails. Expect some wooded areas and some rough terrain. We’ll take the West Ridge Trail from the parking lot on Pedro Hill Road. Well behaved dogs that get along well with other dogs are welcome. Be aware of and responsible for your dog at all times. We will meet in the free parking lot at Cronan Ranch Regional Trails Park Pilot Hill, CA 95664.
