Sunset Hike | 3.5mi Russian Ridge

3.5 mile loop, ending at a vista to watch the sunset.
📍 Where: Ridge Trailhead, Skyline Blvd (Hwy 35)
⚠️ Parking is limited here. Carpool if you can, and arrive on time, spots go fast.

Timeline

• 4:00pm: arrive, park
• 4:15pm: hit the trail
• ~6:35pm: reach the vista
• 6:35-7:00pm: watch the sunset
• 7:00-7:15pm: hike back

⚠️ Must be out of the park 30 minutes after sunset.

What to bring:

• Headlamp or flashlight
• Water
• Layers (cold once the sun's down)
