NORD BODY LAB OPENING EVENT — OPEN DOORS & TRIAL CLASSES
Join us for the opening event of Nord Body Lab, a new movement studio in Geneva, located between Carouge and Les Acacias.
This event is a chance to visit the space, meet the team, discover our approach, and try our first small-group classes.
Kids are also welcome to try the hammocks and discover Aerial Kids.

17:15–18:15 — Cardio-Boxing — CHF 15
18:30–19:30 — Aerial Yin — CHF 15
19:30–20:00 — Time to stay, ask questions and discover the space

CLASSES
Cardio-Boxing
A dynamic small-group class to move, sweat, release energy and train the whole body. Please bring your own boxing gloves.
Aerial Yin
A soft class using the hammock to stretch, release tension, improve mobility and gently decompress the body.
