Join us for Aerial Stretch at Nord Body Lab, a calm small-group class designed to release tension, improve mobility and create space in the body.
This soft class uses the aerial hammock to support the body through gentle stretches and controlled movements.
he hammock helps you move with more ease, stretch more deeply and gently decompress.
Perfect if you spend long hours sitting, feel tension in your back or shoulders, or simply want a calm movement session to reset your body.
No previous experience is needed. The class is accessible to all levels, with guided movements and a slow, supportive rhythm.
