Join us for Aerial Kids at Nord Body Lab.
Aerial Kids is a hammock-based class designed for children aged 4+ to move, explore and build confidence in a playful and safe way, together with a parent.
The hammock becomes a support for movement, discovery and play. Children can develop coordination, balance and body awareness while enjoying a fun and light experience.
This class is not only for the child — it is also a shared moment between parent and child, combining movement, trust, discovery and connection.
No experience is needed. The class is guided, safe and adapted to children, with the presence of one parent during the session.
