Join us for exciting Beyblade X events in Norwich and wider Norfolk! Whether you're a seasoned Blader or just starting, our events are the perfect place to battle, learn, and connect with other fans.
### Event Details
📍 Location: Lich Games, 11-17 Ayton Rd, Wymondham NR18 0QQ
🗓️ Date: Saturday, 9th August 2025
🕛 Start Time: 12:00 PM
🕧 Cut-off Deadline: 12:30 PM
🎟️ Entry Fee: £10 per player This can be paid via PayPal or Cash on the day of the event. (We may open PayPal payments up early for those who wish to pay in advance)
👥 Participant Cap: 64 players
Game Format: Beyblade X’s 3on3 match type (No Repeating Parts)
This event will be outside the store in the sun (so make sure to wear lots of sun cream!) where we'll be battling out a large 64 person tournament in a Beyblade X 3on3 Swiss Format (That's a lot of games!!!). Top 16 will progress to the finals for a single round elimination battle for the top 3 podium placements.

### What to Expect
- Allowed Beys: Both Takara Tomy and Hasbro Beyblades are allowed.
- Takara Tomy Stadiums: 6 Takara Tomy Beyblade X stadiums for tournament use.
- Free-Play Area: Additional stadiums for free-play and practice, where players can test builds and experiment with combos.
- Scoring: Scores and standings will be tracked using Challonge and scores will be submitted by the judges for your matches.

If you don't have 3 beys, do not fear!! We're going to have loaner beys at each stadium. So you can bring your own, borrow ours or a combination of the two! Simply...
- Go to your assigned stadium for your match,
- Select the beys you want to use for your match (remember no repeating parts across the 3 beys - your judge can help with this!),
- Play your match,
- Hand the borrowed beys back to the judge,
We want to give everyone the taste of our usual 3on3 format but while keeping it accessible to all!
### Time & Arrival
Please arrive before 12:00 PM to ensure everything is ready for the start time.
Due to the amount of people in this event, to meet time constraints we will be starting at 12:30pm sharp.
DO NOT BE LATE
If you have not arrived by this time, unless you have let us know via Discord or our socials that you're going to be running slightly late (within reason), your position will be forfeit.
### Venue Rules & Food/Drink
Lich Games is a fantastic venue who are kindly letting us use their space. Please be respectful to the premises and to the staff members of the venue.
This venue has an area offering snacks and drink on-site, so please support the venue by purchasing any snacks or refreshments you may want from the store itself.
In regard to food/lunch, please bring suitable provisions for the day, as we cannot guarantee these provisions will be provided. You are also able to order food to the venue if required.
### Getting to the Venue
For those who are DRIVING:
- Free parking available on site
For those who are coming by TRAIN:
- Walk (6 mins from Wymondham station)
- Taxi (3 mins from Wymondham station)
For those who are coming by BUS / COACH from Norwich Bus Station to Avenue Road The Chestnuts (Bus number 6):
- Walk (5 mins from Avenue Road The Chestnuts)
### Banned Parts
- Metal Needle (MN) is banned at this event due to the damage is causes to the stadium floors.
### Prizing
🏆 Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies will be awarded to the top 3 players and a choice from our prize pool (prizes tbc)
### Hosts & Judges
This tournament is hosted by Fuzz and Chase and supported by our incredible team of trusted judges.
### Important Notes
- Sportsmanship: Be respectful, keep swearing in check, try to refrain from shouting too much during your game no matter how excited you might get, and please help promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Personal Belongings: Keep your items secure. If you find anything unattended, hand it to the host or venue staff.
- Age Restrictions: Players must be 8+ in order to participate. Any players under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
