International NodeBots Day

This year we're going to be partnering with 757 Makerspace (http://www.757makerspace.com) to celebrate International NodeBots Day (7/27) by building JavaScript-powered robots!

Beginners, experienced makers, and families are all welcome to attend.

Come to spectate, learn about robotics, or join a group to make a JavaScript-powered SumoBot (http://sumobotkit.com/). If you have a different NodeBots project you'd like to work on, bring your materials and we'll help you build it during the event.

Schedule:

10:00 - 10:30 - Socializing and Introduction to NodeBots.

10:30 - 12:00 - Start Building Robots!

12:00 - Lunch is provided by Github via Carry Norfolk. Announcements and raffles.

12:30 -5pm - More Robot Building!

5:00 - Snacks provided by Carry Norfolk, robot demos and "Battle of the Robots."
