What we’re about
We are a working group of the Geo Huntsville initiative. The group is comprised of people who use GIS and work for local governments, utilities, education, and other public agencies. We also encourage those who offer products and services to our agencies, to join and participate. We meet quarterly at various venues in north Alabama, usually in the Huntsville area. At a typical meeting, we update each other about projects, problems, success stories, and opportunities. Soon, we will start collaborating with each other on region-wide projects.
