May 22, Evening Neighborhood walk

For a change of pace, this evening walk will be held in a neighborhood in Southeast Cherokee County. It's about 7 minutes from Leita Thompson Memorial Park.

On this approximately 3-mile walk, we will walk all the streets of the neighborhood, wandering into all the cul-de-sacs, and admiring the trees, flowers, and wildlife (keep your eyes and ears open for hawks, deer, and owls!)

There is 1 steep hill - we will slow down for that one! There are streetlights, but no sidewalks. Please be attentive to traffic!

There is plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac where we'll meet. Please park parallel to the curb.
