Good morning!

I would like to invite you to a morning 15-minute Mindfulness Community Zoom sit.

Here's how it works--
• There is a 5-10 minute period where we gather on Zoom to greet and settle into silence.
• With open hearts we read/listen to inspiring excerpts from wise, master teachers.
• I'll ring the bowl to begin, and ring it again 3X 15 minutes later to end the sit.
• At this point there is an opening to share perspectives, ask questions, and/or have a short discussion.

That's it! The whole thing is 40-45 minutes! Tiny sangha!

It's open every day, 7:00--7:45am PST. You are welcome to join as often as you would like.

You might find that creating this pause at the beginning of your day--as a ritual, habit or pleasure to nourish and calm your heart--will be just what the mind, body, spirit and heart needs.
