What we’re about

Join us for a diverse and inclusive gathering of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in the North Bay Queer Collective! We come together to dine out, discuss gay rights and equal rights for all, connect with other gay professionals and couples, and have a great time socializing and brainstorming. Our meetups are family-friendly and welcome individuals of all genders and sexual orientations. From music and movement to discussions on gay/queer spirituality and parenting, there's something for everyone in our vibrant and supportive community. Come join us for a fun and engaging experience! (all people screened for A.I. bots, "Haters" and "Red Hatters".

Organizer has been in North Bay for over 20 years and Gay activist in a variety of other Bay Area/National Gay organizations. Have law degree and plan to advocate around LGBTQ+ issues as well book clubs on larger issues facing our community.

Join the North Bay Queer Collective and family members... for a fun-filled opening event of Mother's Day Brunch! This event is perfect for gay parents and their children, as well as anyone who wants to enjoy a family-friendly day outdoors at my beautiful home in Angwin. We will have games, and a delicious Mother's Day Brunch spread for everyone to enjoy. Come connect with other LGBTQ+ families in the community and make new friends in a safe and welcoming environment. Don't forget to bring your favorite dish to share and a camping chairs to sit in! Let's celebrate love and diversity together at this special gathering organized by the North Bay Queer Collective with founders North Bay Family as well. (kid friendly event). *picture is from the deck of my home where we will enjoy our food and beautiful view of Howell Mtn. This will be a kick off event for new group. Shout out to Dr. Schwartz. (a fellow meetup organizer).
Her book and Conscious Girlfriend Academy has guided me in my understanding and have healed via her book and education.

Our book club will be a healing space to discuss issues and insights brought up after reading chapters. The format will be confidential but also a place to discuss Lesbian Dating especially in the North Bay where Queer women have limited community and space.

This will be a Hybrid option (so in person and online via zoom). In person at my home in Angwin.
Once group established- the following dates that coincide with Chapters to follow.
