This group is for Women of all ages who are interested in learning through Holistic Therapies how to self-empower themselves and learn how to meditate to help ease stress which can become difficult to deal with and at times debilitating in our day to day lives.

Holistic therapies are scientifically proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, PTSD and unhelpful thoughts that may be affecting your moods, behaviours, relationships, and your relationship with yourself.

In my classes I will teach you how to breathe properly and effectively to help reduce those stressful moments that we all go through. I will teach you how to meditate and teach you the benefits of meditation. I will also teach you how the mind, body and soul align and how this alignment affects our mental, emotional and physical health.

There will be additional classes which will involve art, sound and talk therapy.The events will be held out in nature in different parklands and reserves to activate our senses and lower our cortisol levels, we will nature bathe and enjoy the sweet sounds of birds and water flowing.

I also offer private sessions in my boutique space in Everton Park.

These classes will be paid events run by a fully qualified Holistic Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. 🧘‍♀️🌸
