6.30pm - 7.00pm “Agile Architecting – an evolution" - Michael Coughlan

Michael will present on how architecting has evolved and become agile with the adoption of agile practices and new technologies. Michael is a lead technical solution architect at Allstate Northern Ireland. He has extensive experience of customer facing solutions, and until recently was the lead architect for MyAccount. He has now joined the architecture team helping build our new generation flagship auto insurance product, and subsequently is now lead architect for consumers authentication solution.”

Clyde Hunt - Senior Manager, Systems Engineering
Clyde has over 30 years’ experience in various IT roles, including developer, tech lead, delivery manager and solutions architect.
Recently operating as manager across two engineering labs applying XP engineering practices and principles and promoting a culture of collaboration and shared responsibilities.
Currently involved in promoting several Engineering Excellence initiatives across the enterprise, aimed at raising and maintaining high levels of code quality in all software product delivery.
