Our Mission
Political polarization and extremism have made our government inefficient, bureaucratic, and authoritarian. Bouncing from one extreme to the other makes the two major parties reactive to ideologues, not the people. The Forward Party offers a path to move beyond the constraints of the two-party system with a forward-thinking, solution-focused alternative. If you give people more ballot choices, we will get better politicians.
Our Goal
In today’s polarized political climate, finding a party that represents reasonable, moderate individuals is frustrating for voters who just want a government that works for the people. The Forward Party offers a fresh alternative by putting everyday citizens at the center of policymaking. Through our innovative Forward Formula—a member-centric, data-driven, solution-focused approach—we empower candidates to craft platforms that reflect the real needs of their constituents, avoiding polarizing and extreme positions.
Unlike the two-party system, which excludes members from meaningful participation and forces candidates into ideological boxes that serve special interests, the Forward Party gives power back to the people and cultivates true democracy. With more independents than Democrats or Republicans, our research shows voters are ready for something different.
